What exactly does the $55 cover?
It covers 12–16 monthly Facebook and Instagram posts, captions, branded designs, 2–3 WhatsApp status items each week, publishing and a monthly activity summary.
Can I cancel the service?
Yes. The service is month to month. Tell us before the next billing period if you do not wish to continue.
Who supplies photographs and business information?
You provide accurate service details, offers, dates and available photographs. SAKA organises and designs the content. New photography or video can be quoted separately.
Does the fee include Facebook advertising?
No. Paid advertising is optional. Campaign setup and the advertising budget are discussed separately before anything is spent.
Will SAKA reply to all customer messages?
Daily inbox and comment management is not included in the standard package. This can be discussed separately if your page requires it.
How soon can content begin?
Normally within five working days after payment, onboarding information, brand assets and the required page access have been received.
